About Rillito Park

Located in Tucson, Arizona, Rillito Park opened in 1943 and touts itself as the birthplace of Quarter Hose Racing and the pioneers in using a chute for a better straight away! Rillito also works closely with the University of Arizona Racetrack Industry Program (RTIP) to create internships for students wanting to get experience in all aspects of the racing industry, from paddock analysts to racing officials.
